Llano Associates of Clovis, New Mexico engaged Granger

Group for the development of this 37,400-square- foot traditional

medical facility. The project was occupied by the Surgery Center

of Eastern New Mexico and Eastern New Mexico Physicians &

Surgeons in July 2006.

Previous attempts by the clients to obtain financing were

unsuccessful. Granger Group created a cost effective solution

for the surgeons. In addition, Granger Group secured a fixed

rate long-term non-recourse loan, bringing in debt financing and

equity, and making the project feasible. Fully transitioned from

concept to reality, this long-held dream of the surgeons employs

state-of-the-art technology with an ambulatory surgery center

(ASC) a medical office building, and an Imaging and Diagnostic

Testing Center all under one roof. Surgeries performed include

eye, orthopedic, gynecological, podiatric, breast and general
