For Mackinac Straits Healthcare System, it was a challenge that required aligning the right team with their architect to develop a 48 unit, 23,000-square-foot long term care facility. Our team had to hit the ground running and provide turn-key financing to get the project moving in accordance with the Certificate of Need schedule, guide the project through the FDA approval budget process and provided leadership to the construction trades to ensure an on-time, on budget delivery. In addition to the work on the long term care facility, our team is managing the development of a MRI facility, building connector, surgical center and professional office building. All so the healthcare team could focus on its core mission – providing extraordinary healthcare to this rural market.
